- Click the Start New Booking button and YES, if asked "Do you want to start a new booking?"
- Select your nationality and purpose of visit, and how long you plan to stay in South Africa before proceeding.
Documents Required for South Africa e-visa
- A passport copy valid for at least 6 months.
- Copy of yellow fever vaccination card
- A 3-month bank statement, which your bank must stamp all pages
- An introductory letter stating your purpose of visit.
- Flight and hotel bookings
- A consent letter should accompany the parents' documents when applying for minors.
Reasons for Visa Rejection for South Africa Visa
- Bank statement: If your visa application is denied due to issues with your bank statement, it may be because not all pages were stamped by your bank. Alternatively, if they were stamped, the stamps might not have been clear enough for the officer to verify.
- Yellow card: If it lacks a barcode and no stamped page is included, the visa application may be rejected.
- Hotel reservation: If the hotel does not provide a confirmed reference number or cannot be reached by phone during the confirmation attempt, the visa application may be rejected.

You may not need to print your visa when arriving at the airport for boarding; a digital copy on your phone is sufficient. However, an OTP will be required if you present the VFS version of the visa.
