The VisaPaper Agent Program allows approved travel agents, immigration consultants, and other visa professionals to receive discounts on visa applications processed through our platform. Agents can use these discounted rates to service their own clients directly.
To be eligible for the VisaPaper Agent Program, you must:
All applications are subject to review and approval by VisaPaper. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Approval decisions are final and at our sole discretion. You may reapply after 30 days if your initial application is rejected.
Approved agents receive discounts on standard visa processing fees based on their tier status. The initial tier is Bronze (5% discount), with opportunities to advance to Silver (10% discount) and Gold (15% discount) based on application volume. Tier status is reviewed quarterly, and agents will be notified of any changes to their tier status.
Upon approval, you will receive a unique agent code. This code can be used as a promo code during the checkout process for any visa application on VisaPaper. The discount will be automatically applied to the application fee. Your agent code is unique to you and should not be shared publicly.
As an agent, you are free to provide visa services to your clients without disclosing that you're using VisaPaper's processing services. You may handle all client communications directly and charge your clients according to your own business model. VisaPaper will not contact your clients directly unless required for visa processing purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program:
Your participation in the agent program continues until terminated by either party. VisaPaper reserves the right to terminate your agent status at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your agent code will be deactivated immediately. You may terminate your participation at any time by providing written notice to VisaPaper.
VisaPaper reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, discount rates, or any other aspect of the agent program at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website or notification to agents. Your continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
VisaPaper shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the agent program or inability to participate. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any other intangible losses.
Agents are independent contractors and nothing in these terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and VisaPaper. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of VisaPaper.
Any confidential information shared with you as part of the agent program must be kept confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, discount rates, processing details, and internal procedures.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the agent program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

We review all applications within 48 business hours. You'll receive an email notification with the status of your application. If approved, you'll get immediate access to your agent dashboard and unique agent code.
Simply enter your agent code in the promo code field during checkout when processing visa applications. The system will automatically apply your tier-specific discount to the application fee. You can use this code for all applications you submit on behalf of your clients.

No, our agent program is designed to work as a white-label service. You may present the visa service as your own and handle all client communications directly. We will not contact your clients directly except when required for visa processing purposes.
No, your agent code is unique to you and should not be shared with other agents or made publicly available. Each agent must apply individually for their own agent account and code. Sharing your code may result in termination from the program.
