Two recent passport-sized photographs for the visa application should be in colour and borderless.
An airline printout of a return ticket or a confirmed hotel reservation from Nepal for tourist purposes.
A signed letter from the employer stating the purpose of travel.
Proof of sufficient funds or evidence of maintenance while in Nepal.
Important Note:
The price includes the visa fee, while the courier fee is to be paid separately by the applicant.

Once payment has been made, we will forward the application form to you, which must be duly completed and signed.
For business, seminar, and events, a signed invitation letter or a formal notification explaining the purpose of the visit, along with addresses in Nepal, is required, indicating who will cover the expenses/accommodation.
